LIGHTHOUSE RESOURCES is a human services training and consulting enterprise based in Brisbane. Established by Kyabra Community Association in 2004, it grew out of a desire to resource the development of strengths-based learning cultures within human service organisations. The principles and frameworks underpinning a strengths-based approach significantly shape all of our services.
