After the 2009 Victorian bushfires, we noticed there wasn't much information or support readily available to teenagers and young adults. We spoke to young people about what you want and need during these times, and came up with a simple resource that's got important information about trauma and how to cope with the stress of an emergency, but it's also useful in everyday life. The MP3 players are intended to be distributed in the immediate aftermath of a disaster, but are available to order at anytime before or after an emergency. If you are a parent, teacher, youth worker or carer of young people, or if you think the MP3s will help someone you know, please download the files or place an order at the email address below.
